These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TruePath application and related services provided by Forward Lean Solutions, LLC doing business as TruePath Living (“TruePath,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the TruePath application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Service.
TruePath is a digital reflection platform designed to help individuals slow down, reflect on Scripture, and seek personal spiritual direction. The Service provides Scripture passages, reflection prompts, and a private space where users may record personal reflections and notes. The platform is intended to encourage thoughtful engagement with Scripture and personal spiritual reflection.
TruePath is intended solely as a reflection tool. The Service does not provide professional counseling, psychological services, financial advice, legal advice, or pastoral authority. Content within the application is designed to encourage reflection on Scripture. TruePath does not claim to determine or reveal God's will for any individual user. Users remain responsible for their personal decisions, interpretations, and actions.
Certain features of the Service may require users to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and should notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Users may enter personal reflections, notes, or other content into the application. Users retain ownership of their content. By using the Service, you grant TruePath permission to store and process your content solely for purposes of operating and improving the Service.
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with operation of the Service, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. TruePath reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The TruePath platform, including its design, structure, and software, is the property of TruePath Living and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruePath Living shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including personal decisions made based on reflections, interpretation of Scripture, service interruptions, or data loss.
TruePath may offer subscription plans, including monthly or annual options. Users may begin with a free trial where available. If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the trial period, the selected payment method will automatically be charged. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Users may stop using the Service at any time. TruePath may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
TruePath may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised date.
